One of last year's most talked about and exciting events is back for 2010. Mark your calendars for April 3, 2010 and plan to spend your weekend in the Moonshine Capital of the World on some of the most popular trails in the Southeast. 6WC 2010 will again include the Warrior Creek Loop and a portion of the Overmountain Victory Trail at Warrior Creek Campground. This year's course will be even better as we'll be featuring some new tread and a bit more mileage. Final distance will be posted closer to race time, but when the final touches are done it should be ~ 11-12 mile loop--and nearly all of it is single-track. The trails offer wonderful views of the Yadkin River, W. Kerr Scott Reservoir and the surrounding mountains. The pit area is located under the forest canopy in a newly-renovated campground.
