WheelEvents.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

All services provided by WheelEvents.com must be used for lawful purposes only.

Any message, photos, files, videos or data posted on our Site expresses only the views of the author of the message and does not necessarily reflect the views of this Site or any person or entity associated with them. These Site use moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages posted in our Site. However, considering the realtime nature of this Site, it is impossible for us to monitor or review every message. Therefore, you agree that neither these Site, nor any person or entity associated with them, will be held responsible for the contents, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information posted in them.

You agree that you will not use our Site to post any material, or links to any material, which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder, unless such copyright is owned by you, this Site. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate on these Site.

We have the ability to edit and/or remove objectionable materials/data. Any user who believes that a posted material/data is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email info@WheelEvents.com. Upon receipt of such notification, we will make every effort to take such action as we deem necessary within a reasonable period of time. Since this is a manual process, you are advised that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

These Site reserves the right to edit or delete any data for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your material, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless these Site and its Owner (the software manufacturer) and their agents and employees with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your material(s).

In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any material/data posted by you, these Site reserves the right to reveal your identity and any other information we may know about you.

WheelEvents.com exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through WheelEvents.com system, other than attempting to assure the safe, legal operation of the system. The users assumes full responsibility for all materials placed on the system by the user or the users behalf by WheelEvents.com.

WheelEvents.com reserves the right to decline requests for any service and to cancel or suspend any service at any time at our discretion.

WheelEvents.com reserves the right to have copies of any and all data and files for archival purposes. The archives may not be purge even though the advertiser account has been terminated. WheelEvents.com reserves the right to delete all the files if the subscribers account is terminated.

WheelEvents.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of delivery, use of, or inability to use WheelEvents.com services, system, and or machines.

All advertisements supplied by sponsor shall consist of a warranty to the effect that the sponsor has obtained all the required authorization and permission with respect to the use of such advertisements on all logos, pictures, and copy.

Sponsors are required to ensure that the content of their advertisement complies with all legislation currently in force affecting such matters. They shall further indemnify WheelEvents.com with respect to any claims, costs, or expenses that may arise from anything contained within their advertisement and advertised on their behalf by WheelEvents.com.

WheelEvents.com makes every effort to uphold the highest standards of etiquette on the Internet, but will not be held liable for any losses incurred through promotional activity.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

WheelEvents.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that WheelEvents.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree that WheelEvents.com may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your WheelEvents.com account, any associated email address, and access to the Service.

This Terms of Service constitutes the entire understanding of both parties. Any changes or modifications to this Terms of Use thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of service.
